Brittany Goodwin (playing Jodi Stafford)

Brittany Goodwin is an actor, writer, director, and VO artist. Recent on-screen credits include Lifetime's A Jealous Friendship (2021), Romance in Bloom (2021), and the upcoming holiday features Most Wonderful Time (2021) and Christmas at the Ranch (2021). Voiceover credits include Disney, Music Theatre International, and the title role in the animated feature Little Red (2021), as well as narration for 100+ audiobooks for New York Times and USA Today Bestselling authors. Co-owner of Every New Day Pictures, Brittany has written/directed four internationally distributed family films, with her fifth releasing December 2021.

Ben Davies (playing Mike Jared)
Ben Davies has been acting since before he could walk. In fact, he was still in diapers when he appeared in his first national TV and print ad campaign. In high school, he was ranked the No. 1 decathlete in the nation by Track & Field News and went on to join the University of Florida Collegiate Track and Field team in his quest for Olympic gold. When he was sidelined due to multiple injuries, he found the opportunity to audition for Sherwood Pictures' highly anticipated film, Courageous. Ben booked the co-starring role of David Thomson and won the "Light In Hollywood Award" for his performance.
 
Transitioning from athletics to full time acting, Ben has landed the lead role in twenty feature films, earning awards and nominations for 'Best Male Actor" in five film festivals including. Action roles requiring great athletic ability are Ben's favorite, but he also enjoys playing a real life character like his co-starring role as Nathan Ballard in I'm Not Ashamed, the true story of Rachel Scott at Columbine High School.

Randall Oliver (playing Bob Stafford)

Randall Oliver is an American born actor with over 35 years experience in the industry. He began his modeling and acting career in Houston, TX after landing his first role in high school as the Innkeeper in Man of La Mancha. Now, Randall has landed numerous roles in commercials, TV shows, and feature films. When the offer to play Bob Stafford in Cream of the Crop came from Doug Maddox, Randall felt well suited to the role thanks to his background as the son of a rancher and military family. He is excited to begin his transition from secular to faith-based projects with Cream of the Crop by DBM Films.

Jeremiah Wiseblood (playing Frank Stafford)

Jeremiah Wiseblood is an actor, writer and director. He got his start in acting in middle school, and has since appeared in over twenty stage productions, including roles like Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast, Eugene in Grease, Johnny Cade in The Outsiders, Gary Lejeune in Noises Off!, and Demetrius in Midsummer's Night's Dream. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In college, he wrote a full-length play and starred in the award winning short film Anywhere But Here.  His other credits include roles on 20th Century Fox Television's 9-1-1, his upcoming directorial debut short Pest, and the feature length indie film This Side of Summer. He's excited for you to see him act as Frank Stafford in Cream of the Crop, which he also contributed to as the Assistant Director.

Cody Keech (playing Willie Looper)

Cody Keech is a young actor, a recent graduate, and one thing everyone who knows Cody can agree upon is that he is tall. Playing the role of Willie, the rough, posturing farmhand, Keech finds he is right at home surrounded by animal droppings and shotguns. Cream of the Crop is Cody's first feature film and he is very pleased to be starting his career on such a positive note. He hopes everyone will enjoy it half as much as he did making it.

JoAnn Dawson (playing Florence Stafford)

JoAnn Dawson was raised on a dairy and livestock farm with top honors in FFA and 4-H, followed by a degree in Animal Science and a Masters in Ag Education, all while appearing in numerous community theatre productions.   After college she moved to New York City where she worked as a petite model, appeared in national print ads, and traveled across the country as a Magician’s Assistant.  

 

JoAnn earned her SAG card in 1991, (SAG name Jodi Dawson) winning principal roles in commercials and motion pictures including The Sixth Sense, Beloved, and12 Monkeys. She currently works as an animal wrangler for film and TV, and appeared as Karen Mifflin in the film  Hope’s Legacy. She plays the role of Florence Stafford in the upcoming film Cream of the Crop.
